The Orchards Village at Egg Harbor Egg Harbor, Wisconsin
Baudhuin Incorporated’s knowledge of local and state land division rules and regulations provide flexibility for our client’s project needs. By using a condominium, we helped create The Orchard’s Village at Egg Harbor at the site of an aging apple orchard.
This project has the look of a conventional subdivision while having the versatility of a multi use condominium. Our engineers worked with the municipalities to design the roads, stormwater facilities and sanitary sewers while our land surveyors created the necessary condominium documents. Upon project completion, the developer had the ability to create different styles of units based upon market conditions.
