Conservation Subdivision
Whitetail Hideaway Village of Richfield, Wisconsin

Baudhuin Incorporated has established itself as a leader in the development of conservation subdivisions. We have provided design services for over 20 residential subdivisions. One of our designs was Whitetail Hideaway in the Village of Richfield.

This 35 lot project was situated on 121 acres of farm field and wetland. The design used the most suitable soils for septic systems and preserved the wetland in open space outlots. Baudhuin Incorporated provided the entire necessary site engineering surveying and soil science services for the owner under one contract.
