Bridgeview Gardens
Manufactured Housing Community
Town of Menasha, Winnebago County, Wisconsin
History
Bridgeview Gardens was an existing manufactured housing community
that was developed in phases from the mid 1970's through the 1980's. The
northerly 24 acres of the property was designed for 72 additional single
wide sites. It was not developed because of constraints that included
a 100' gas line easement with two gas lines and a 130' high tension line
power easement. External drainage patterns also existed that could not
be disturbed.

provided for a recreational vehicle and accessory vehicle storage area.
