Baudhuin Incorporated is a civil engineering and land surveying firm consisting of engineers, surveyors and a soil scientist dedicated to providing high quality services.
Founded in 1977 in Germantown, Wisconsin by Bill and John Baudhuin, the firm made a permanent move to Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin in 1981. The 30+ year reputation of the firm continues to be built upon high quality civil engineering and land surveying services. The experienced professionals at Baudhuin Incorporated provide services in all phases of engineering for municipal, commercial and industrial clients. As a result of quality engineering work and senior staff, public and private sector clients continue to make Baudhuin Incorporated an integral member of their project teams.

We have a budget driven approach to each project and understand that the construction costs of each project must be in line with the owner’s expectations. There have been many instances when Baudhuin Incorporated has redesigned plans originally designed by another firm, to align the design with the budget and allowing the project to move forward.
Baudhuin Incorporated is comprised of a team of professionals with engineering, surveying, GPS, soil science and technology experience. Professional Staff
Baudhuin Incorporated is a highly respected civil engineering and land surveying company with our small company roots focusing on project success and customer satisfaction. Our staff is highly trained and qualified. We have three registered professional engineers and five registered land surveyors. We also have a registered professional soil scientist, senior CAD operators and support staff in place to accommodate project goals. Our experience and state of the art technology has made Baudhuin Incorporated the only choice for many of our return clients. Five of Baudhuin Incorporated’s senior staff members are also owners of the company and manage individual projects from start to finish.
Some of Baudhuin Incorporated’s specialties include subdivision planning, design, platting, soil testing for septic systems, environmental permitting, and project administration.
Baudhuin Incorporated has vast experience throughout Wisconsin with the majority of our workload in the east half of the state. We are familiar with land use regulations in the greater Milwaukee area as well as northeast Wisconsin.
Baudhuin Incorporated staff has recently achieved the LEED Accredited Professional certification. Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) guidelines as administered by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) promote developments and buildings that are environmentally responsible, profitable, and healthy places to live and work. Baudhuin Incorporated is prepared to take future projects into the green building era.
