Windemere Subdivision
Town of Richfield, Washington County, Wisconsin
The
Windemere Subvision is a perfect example of Baudhuin Incorporated's rural
development skills. Windemere is a cluster designed subdivision located
in the Town of Richfield in Washington County. The cluster concept enables
the owner to develop smaller lots while preserving sensitive areas for
open space. It was chosen as one of the two subdivisions featured in
the 2001 Milwaukee Journal/Sentinal Parade of Homes.
