Bristolwood Subdivision
Bristol, Wisconsin

Located in Kenosha County, this moderately priced subdivision is an easy commute to both Chicago and Milwaukee. Baudhuin Incorporated's design included protecting an existing high pressure natural gas line and provided detention ponds and drainage facilities to help preserve the Brighton Creek Environmental Corridor. Poor soils necessitated the use of a special base course and drain tile to prevent saturation of the street subgrade.
